Damage/Lost Claims Policy

We guarantee all packages to arrive safely, in good/working condition.

Please retain all damaged packages as long as you can safely do so for up to 30 Days after filing a claim.

To submit a claim for processing please submit the following information to dragonsmartdamageclaim@gmail.com

Taking a Clear Picture of the Broken Item(if damaged)

Taking a Clear Picture of the Damaged Box(if damaged)

Provide your First and Last Name, Order Number and Tracking Number

For Lost Claims Please Provide your First and Last Name, Order Number and Tracking Number to the above email with the subject line Lost Package, and Order #

Please note if a lost package is submitted it may take up to 8 days to process a claim, we understand that getting a replacement is important, so if a package is lost by UPS we are glad to reship immediately at no extra charge but if the package is found by UPS and UPS has not reimbursed us for the lost package we reserve the right to receive the previous package back, without. Failure to return a found package will result in being ineligible for future claims.
