Return/Refund/Defects/Cancellation Policy
All Order Cancellations before shipping are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the order to cover card processing fees, and lost packaging material.
Lighting - We guarantee orders to show up undamaged, and in functional working order. We will replace damaged or defective lights for 30 Days from the date of purchase. We may require photographic or video evidence that the defective light is a light we supplied, such as photographs of serial numbers or dot codes. For damage claims we may also request a photo of the damage to the packaging. Due to the fragile nature of lighting we do not accept returns on lighting products for refunds, make sure you provide the right shipping address as we do not verify addresses for lighting orders, and lights delivered to the wrong address due to typos in the shipping address are the buyers responsibility. We also do not accept returns due to ordering the wrong strength or size of lights. Custom Hides - due to the custom nature of the product all sales are final once production begins. We guarantee the hides from quality related defects such as discoloration or splitting wood for 1 Year from the date of purchase.
Live Animals - Live Animals are non refundable, while you may surrender the animal back to us, shipping is at buyer expense for all returns that donβt fall under our health guarantee. Dragons should be given up to 6 weeks to decompress after arrival, and adjust to their new environments.
If there is an unforeseen health issue, our health guarantee covers you. Although very rare If the dragon passes away suddenly, or falls ill we will offer a full refund upon proof of proper husbandry and proof of unknown health issue.
Proper Husbandry means that you must have provided the animal with the proper habitat size, Arcadia, or Reptisun T5 Lighting, and that it must have proper temperatures when measured with infrared and digital thermometers. All Health Guarantee Claims must be submitted to dragonsmarttt@gmail.com and we will likely require photos and video evidence of proper husbandry.Β
All returns claims are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Dragon Smart.Β
